William Hicks, Jr. 77 of Garner, NC, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Rex Hospital, Raleigh, NC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Saturday at Sycamore Chapel MB Church. A Public Viewing will be 2-6 pm at Blake Phillips Funeral Services. Burial in Homestead Memorial Gardens.
