I have fought a good fight; I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. II Timothy 4-7

Today we pause to pay tribute and offer the Benediction upon the Life of Leala M. Mason. She was born December 5, 1946, to the late Deacon Fred Alfred Moore, Sr., and Mother Blanche Moore.

On April 7, 1971, Leala was married to Lewis Mason. From this union, two children were born. They remained a loving union until the unexpected death of her husband in January 1994. Leala enjoyed spending time doing word searches and spending time at the Malls and shopping.

She also enjoyed going on vacations with her daughter and watching the daytime soaps. Leala had a big, sweet tooth and enjoyed cakes and pies. She will always be known for her beautiful smile and willingness to help others. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending all their activities.
