Mr. Hatten Spencer Jr., 79, of 111 Old Cemetery Road, Manteo, NC; passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Macgregor Downs Health Center.
A Celebration of His Life will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where Pastor Selma Hunter will be officiating. Burial will follow at Ada & Addison Brown Memorial Cemetery, Engelhard, NC.
